Yes — the Professional plan comes with a full 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You'll have access to every Professional feature during the trial period so you can evaluate the platform with your real workflows and data. If you decide it's not right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged a penny. Enterprise trials can also be arranged — contact our sales team to discuss.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings — no need to contact support. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your current features until then. Annual plan cancellations are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee within the first 30 days; after that, the plan runs to the end of the annual term.
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as direct bank transfer (BACS) for annual Enterprise contracts. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We can also issue invoices for Enterprise customers who require purchase order-based procurement. VAT is applied at the standard UK rate of 20% for UK-based businesses.
Security is our highest priority. NetOrbit AI is SOC 2 Type II certified, ISO 27001 compliant, and fully GDPR-compliant. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure runs in UK-based data centres (AWS eu-west-2), and we never share or sell your data to third parties. Enterprise customers can sign a custom Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and request dedicated tenancy for complete data isolation.
Yes. All paid plans are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. For monthly plans, cancelling mid-cycle will stop future charges but we don't refund the current month's payment (except under the 30-day guarantee). For annual plans purchased more than 30 days ago, no refunds are issued but the account remains active until the end of the term.
We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your task allowance. When the limit is hit, your workflows will pause rather than fail — so no data is lost. You can either wait until your allowance resets at the start of your next billing cycle, purchase a one-time task top-up (available in the billing settings), or upgrade to a higher plan immediately to continue running without interruption. We never charge surprise overage fees without your explicit consent.
